Archives are not unpacked - the error "no files to extract." What to do?

Recently there was such a problem - the archives are no longer unpacked. The file can be extracted from the archive, only by dragging the mouse, no more. Writes "no files to extract." And if the archive is large, then the error "the file is damaged or has an unknown format." Archiver - WinRAR 3.70. I did not install any programs lately, did not reconfigure anything, before everything worked fine. Do not unpack at all any archives - neither your own, nor downloaded, nor those that are on the other computer normally unpacked.

You do not have enough disk space C. Free it. This is needed for temporary files.
