On the evening of April 11, the office car of Nikita Belykh, the governor of the Kirov region, knocked down a pedestrian.
An accident occurred in a locality called Stulovo, and the driver of the head of the region was driving the Nissan Patrol. As Belykh himself said, the man stepped onto the roadway outside the pedestrian crossing and was shot down, and therefore the driver’s fault was not in what had happened. The governor noted that he had called an ambulance at the scene of the accident. The victim was taken to hospital. For the glory of the Whites, he received no serious injuries.
Recall that he is the governor of the Kirov region since 2009.
